Our Story
Megan McCullum is the founder and president of Heels to Halos/People Aren't Price Tags, an organization dedicated to helping women break free from the grips of bound mindsets, those in adult industry, trauma backgrounds and street mentalities. As a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, Megan’s mission is to provide a bridge to a new life for those seeking freedom, healing, and restoration. For over 20 years, Megan has been set free from addiction and her own past in the adult industry, and now she is using her story to help others find the same freedom. Her journey of redemption and healing has inspired the creation of Heels to Halos, which reaches women in strip clubs and sexually oriented businesses across Houston & Galveston in Texas, Canada and beyond. At Heels to Halos/People Aren't Price Tags, we believe every woman deserves to know her true identity, worth, and value. Our teams go into strip clubs and other adult entertainment venues, offering nonjudgmental support, education, and resources to help women exit the cycle of bound and broken mindsets. We provide a safe space where women can explore the possibility of a different life—one filled with inner healing, empowerment, and education. In addition to direct outreach, Heels to Halos trains churches, groups, and organizations to replicate our outreach model, spreading education and anti-human trafficking awareness wherever they are. Our People Aren’t Price Tags program goes even further—sending our team into clubs to offer classes on vital topics like human trafficking awareness, budgeting, and building healthy relationships. Through Heels to Halos/People Aren't Price Tags, our team is creating a ripple effect of freedom, education, and healing that extends far beyond Houston. The work is not just about leaving the adult industry; it’s about discovering who you are, stepping into your destiny, and walking out of darkness into light.
Megan's Bio
As a Pastor at Get Wrapped Church, Megan McCullum brings over 12 years of experience in Ministry Leadership and Pastoral Care. Her journey is a powerful testimony of healing and redemption, shaped by her own life experiences. A mother to a childhood cancer survivor and proud mom to three children, Megan’s heart for ministry is deeply rooted in her personal story of overcoming adversity. Her passion for helping others find freedom and wholeness in Christ is evident in every aspect of her work. Celebrating 20 years of marriage, Megan exemplifies that healing, hope, and second chances are possible—no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve faced.
Megan’s passion is to see women set free, empowered to live out their true calling. She is a Genesis/Change Group Certified Counselor and is set to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Ministry Leadership in 2025. She attended the Executive Leadership Institute, directed by Todd and Tom Lane. Her heart’s desire is to help women experience the freedom and restoration that she has personally witnessed in her own life. Stay tuned for her book, Holy Shift.

Join Megan McCullum, Founder & CEO of Heels to Halos/People Aren't Price Tags, for an impactful training on how to effectively reach and support women in the adult industry. Drawing from years of ministry, outreach, and trauma-informed experience, Megan will provide practical tools and strategies to help you make a lasting difference.
During this training, you will learn how to incorporate prayer and spiritual warfare into your outreach efforts, understanding the power of intercession and spiritual engagement when serving women in challenging environments. Megan will also provide trauma education, helping you recognize the deep emotional wounds many women carry and how to respond with compassion, wisdom, and care.
A key focus of this training will be building trusting relationships. Megan will share practical ways to establish authentic connections that foster dignity, hope, and trust. Participants will also learn conversation starters that help navigate sensitive topics with empathy and respect.
In addition, you will discover how to connect women with vital community resources, creating a bridge toward support, freedom, and long-term success.
The day will conclude with In-Club Outreach Training, where participants will gain real-world insight and strategies for engaging women directly in adult entertainment venues.

People Aren't Price Tags is an in-club educational initiative dedicated to empowering women in the adult industry. We visit various clubs to offer valuable discussions on topics like financial literacy, relationships, and resume building. By partnering with local organizations, we connect women with essential resources and support to help them thrive both professionally and personally.
